I moved to Deland about 4 years ago and being a retired Attorney I have always offered these services to friends and family. Notarizing their important documents, including loan documents, power of attorney ,and more . I recently decided to offer my services to the public and have created this website to advertise. 
You can come to my home office or I'm happy to travel to your location if needed that includes nursing homes or hospital facilities

I also have the knowledge to help prepare your legal forms . For those who do not need legal advice or representation in court ( I am not a licensed Attorney in Florida so cannot give legal advice or appear for you in court ) I am able to simplify the filing process, and completely fill out the documents you need in areas such as Divorce, Eviction, Adoption ,Deeds, Probate etc.
One of my favorite services is acting as the Officiant at your wedding . whether it is a large formal affair or a small service at your home ,restaurant or VFW , State Park or as one I did recently on the beach at a hotel on Daytona Beach
